Horrible Woman!

OK, so this client that I'm working on right now is awful, due to one person. Our client contact is the controller, and only the controller. Which I normally don't have a problem consolidating requests through one person, except she's the most awful person I've ever had to work with - even more awful than some of the cashier people @ Walmart! I can't even fully articulate why she's unpleasant, but here's the start of the list:

*She doesn't even give us young-uns a chance - in her mind we don't know crap.
*Except that she expects us to know everything about everything - I just can't learn an entire company in 2 weeks, including all the intricacies of their accounting systems.
*She speaks so abruptly with us - I can't handle it. And she refuses to make eye contact - I don't know if this means she doesn't want to acknowledge she's a b*tch or if her social skills aren't the best.
*You totally have to give her information in her language/format - though she should be smart enough to figure out what we're talking about, she refuses to. She knows what we're asking.
*To top it all off, she used to be an auditor - she should understand how unpleasant she's making this audit for everyone involved.
*She's the only contact - if we need information from someone, we can't go to that person directly, we must go through her. Which is inherantly inefficient. And she's put the fear of god into her employees, and they won't talk to us, even if we try to subvert her authority.

So basically it all comes down to micro-management, which I'm deciding I can't handle. Please don't let me be crazy like her when I get out of public accounting!!
