In August, Steve is going on a crazy backpacking trip along the Chilkoot Trail. And because, I think it's entirely unfair that Steve would visit Alaska while I stayed here & worked...I'm going to be joining him up in Alaska after his hike, and we're taking a 7-day cruise from Anchorage to Vancouver. Our friends Will & Karla are also on board (hehe, I'm so punny!).

That's so exciting! Everyone I know who has done an Alaska trip had such a big time. I'm not a ship person because of motion sickness, but I would love to tour Alaska anyway!
